Worthy Grand Knights and District Deputies,

This year, we are having two events. 

The District Deputies Orientation meeting will be held on Friday night, June 28th, at 7:00 PM at the DoubleTree by Hilton Somerset Hotel and Conference Center, 200 Atrium Drive, Somerset, NJ 08873-4197. If you are a District deputy for the new 2024-2025 Columbian Year, you must register through a greenvolope invitation. If you did not receive an invitation, contact the State Deputy, Raymond Sands, at  [email protected]  and inquire.

The District Deputy Agenda

The Grand Knights and District Deputies' Orientation Meeting will be held on Saturday, June 29th, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Somerset Hotel and Conference Center, 200 Atrium Drive, Somerset, NJ 08873-4197. The meeting will focus on important council operations, such as how to attract and keep new members as active brother Knights. No reservation is required. The meetings will start with registration at 8:00 am, Mass at 8:30 AM, a continental breakfast at 9:15 AM, and informative information on all aspects of Council Leadership. The meetings will conclude with closing statements at noon. We also hope to have a special appearance by the State Deputy of Ukraine.

Attending this meeting enhances your understanding of your role and provides a unique opportunity to network with other Knights of Columbus leaders in New Jersey. It is a chance to build relationships and share experiences that can further strengthen our Order.

This event will equip you with the necessary information and foster a deep sense of belonging and unity among the Brother Knights. By coming together, we believe that we can strengthen our bonds and work more effectively towards our shared goals.
